Shipping and Delivery:

Every order takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to be prepared for shipping from our warehouse in Richardson, Texas. Most orders ship the same day, but we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Once shipped, ground shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping services are usually shipped via ground. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Choosing your requested delivery date at checkout: please allow up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be prepared, plus the carrier’s transit time to your address.

In some cases, additional verification may be required; when this occurs, the preparation time begins once the order has been verified.

Please note that we do not guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping schedules are determined by the carrier. Delays caused by weather, transit issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Unless additional insurance was purchased, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. For assistance with lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly to explore possible remedies.
