Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place an order, we’ll process & ship it right away (usually within 1 business day for orders placed Mon–Fri before our cutoff time). Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200 (excluding confetti machines).

Returns & Refunds

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Include your invoice number and send the return to our returns address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting a restocking fee.

Because confetti and party supplies are often personalized or considered “consumable,” refunds for change of mind may be limited – we recommend ordering a small amount first if unsure.

Yes, our tissue-paper confetti is 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly. For a clean-up-friendly option, we also offer water-soluble rice-paper confetti that dissolves on contact with water.

Water-soluble confetti (also known as dissolving or rice-paper confetti) dissolves when it gets wet — perfect for outdoor events or when easy clean-up is needed.

It depends on size of the event and the effect you want. For example, many event planners suggest about 5 grams (or ~100 ml) of paper confetti per guest for a vibrant confetti effect. If in doubt, it’s better to overestimate.

Confetti Cannons & Equipment

Yes, most handheld confetti cannons require only a simple “twist and pop” or pull-tab to activate. Always follow the safety instructions included with the product.

It depends on your event space and the desired effect. For a typical party or wedding ceremony, a pack of 6 for ~100 guests might suffice. For a larger stage or concert, you might need fewer but larger (higher-power) cannons.

Yes, cannons can be used indoors, as long as there is enough space. They do produce a “pop” sound – like a balloon popping or a door slamming, so plan accordingly.
